Sculptures Resonate to Create Sound

Sculptures Resonate to Create Sound

The sounding box sculptures vibrate to create sound. Acoustic wooden bodies similar in form to guitar, violin, or cello.

As the metal strings vibrate, the wood vibrates too.

The pieces on display @ Lift are comprised of red oak and cedar.

Magnetic Fields Vibrate Strings

Magnetic Fields Vibrate Strings

These sculptures utilize new patent-pending technology to vibrate metal strings with magnetic fields.

Electromagnets on the top of the sculpture push and pull the strings, creating resonating waves that project into the room as sound.

Sound Meditation

Sound Meditation

Take some time to try breathing with the sound. Listen. Breathe in through your nose. Listen. Breathe out through your nose. Repeat.

Our goal is to offer experiences where listeners can explore the relationship between self and sound, observing how the rhythms of their breath coexists with the rhythms of the vibrations.

We offer guided group sound meditations in NYC. Join our mailing list online for invitations to upcoming events.
